I founded and single-handedly operated an affordable internet service for rural India — climbing towers, running fiber cables, configuring routers, and building last-mile delivery infrastructure across multiple villages in Andhra Pradesh. Served 10,000+ users who had never experienced reliable internet. Managed every dimension: technical infrastructure, billing, vendor relations, customer support, and accounting. The business failed on unit economics, but the resilience, grit, and ground-level understanding of building from nothing became the foundation for everything I've built since.
