A complete e-commerce platform for a premium ghee brand — customer storefront, admin dashboard, and API backend running as a monorepo. Customers browse products with variant selection, place orders with payment processing, and track delivery status in real time. The admin dashboard provides order analytics, inventory management, customer CRM, and revenue reporting. Deployed on Coolify behind Cloudflare CDN with automated CI/CD and 15-minute health monitoring.
